Welcome to the Heartland Lace Guild

The objective of this organization is to promote interest in fine old laces and preserve them for posterity. We meet regularly to motivate and encourage each other to make lace and to learn from each other.

Any person who is seriously interested in making or collecting lace (of any kind) may become a member.

The Heartland Lace Guild was founded July 30, 1990 after Christa Burr taught a beginners bobbinlace class at the Quilter's Alley in Paducah, Kentucky, and the need for a support group was apparent. We are a Chartered Chapter of the IOLI International Old Lacers, Inc.

How can you become a member? Click on the link below and print off a copy of the membership application. Membership fee for one calendar year is only $9.00. (For addresses outside the USA, please add $4.00 for extra postage.)
